A mum-of-three has revealed how she makes her family healthy McDonald’s-style bacon and egg muffins for breakfast every morning and it costs less than $1.90 per serve.
The muffins take Ellenore Rollason less than five minutes to heat up for her kids each morning, taking the hassle out of making breakfast for a family in a hurry.
The time-poor mum showed off her bulk muffin meal prepping on TikTok recently, before quickly going viral.

The mum makes 24 off the muffins at a time before wrapping them in foil and freezing them.
In the morning she simply microwaves them before popping them in the airfryer – taking the work out of making a hot breakfast for her kids each day.
Ellenore has recently lost over 70kg and is now more mindful of what she and her family eat.

The mum’s recipe calls for a carton of egg whites, salt and Italian herbs to be poured into a baking dish and cooked in the oven.
She sets up her muffins on her kitchen bench and adds sugar-free barbecue sauce, cheese and a slice of ham.

Once the egg is cooked the mum slices into pieces for the two dozen muffins.
