The delicious breakfast smoothie was made using one frozen banana, plant-based milk, broccoli, cauliflower and hemp seeds all blitzed in a blender
While out she enjoyed a handful of pistachio nuts and for lunch she ate a grain and lentil roast salad with pomegranate and yoghurt.
It may shock some online that she also included gummy lollies in her diet on this occasion.
‘I don’t restrict so I can eat foods like Fruit-tella fruit flavoured jellies. I choose these ones because they are made with natural colourings & flavours, but with an unmistakably fruity flavour,’ she said.
The lollies are gluten-free, gelatine-free and only available at Woolworths for those who want to try them.

‘This way of eating suits me, my health and nutrition needs and my lifestyle,’ she said.
‘I eat intuitively, which means what I eat day to day differs. If I’m hungrier one day, I will eat more, and if I’m not as hungry on other days, I’ll eat less.’
