To try Carolina’s trick for yourself, she recommends that you remove the excess coffee first of all with a piece of paper towel.

Then, in a bowl or bucket, add hot water, one cup of vinegar and one teaspoon of dish soap, before putting the T-shirt inside and letting the solution sit for 30 minutes.

‘Use a toothbrush to scrub at the excess coffee if necessary,’ Carolina said.

Once this is done, simply wash the garment as usual, and it should come out spotless and stain-free.

This isn’t the first time that Carolina has shared a trick for getting rid of hard-to-remove stains.

Previously, she said olive oil comes out with a solution of baking soda, laundry detergent, kitchen towel, water and a toothbrush will have it looking good as new in no time.

In the same way as with the coffee, dab at the solution first with a paper towel, then soak it in the solution and wash as per normal.
