Tottenham fans are considering protests at the two NFL games due to be played at their club’s stadium in October.

Fed-up supporters have discussed targeting the double-header to ramp up their anti-ownership campaigns and gain maximum, damaging exposure.

The ongoing saga that is Spurs’ search for a new manager, coupled with their role in the doomed European Super League breakaway attempt, have infuriated large sections of the club’s support.

Fans have no problem with the NFL but believe that by making their feelings known in some form, it will aid their cause.

Chairman Daniel Levy and majority shareholders ENIC, owned by Joe Lewis, would be the targets of any protests.

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium features a drop-in American football field and will host the Atlanta Falcons and New York Jets on October 10, before welcoming the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins for an all-Florida clash on October 17.

Those are the only two fixtures in the capital this year as part of the NFL’s hugely popular London series.

Fans on YouTube channels have discussed non-violent protests and potentially halting both games.

Security at the NFL fixtures is always rigorous and could well be ramped up, should the depth of feeling against Tottenham’s ownership remain the same in four months’ time.
