Aldi has announced a huge 82″ TV as part of their bi-weekly ‘Special Buys’ sales and it is just $1,299.
The Bauhn-branded 4K television will be available from July 24 across the German retailer’s Australian online store.
The television offers instant access to Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video and comes with a one-year warranty.

The $1,299 price tag makes the television half the price of the next cheapest 80+” television on the market – the Hisense 85S8 which is available at JB HiFi for $2495.
JB have 75″ televisions that come in at around the same price point – but are 7″ smaller than the one to be offered at Aldi.
The popular German retailer typically offers HD Smart televisions a few times each year but the 83″ screen, which is 208cm wide, is of a much larger scale.

The online service launched earlier this year for selected products however delivery is only available across some areas in NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
Aldi will be offering a 40″ television in store for $329 in the same sale.
