Bachelor star Jimmy Nicholson ‘buys $1.4 million unit’ in North Bondi

Jimmy Nicholson’s season of The Bachelor and he’s already moving up in the world. 

The pilot has reportedly purchased a new home in Bondi, The Daily Telegraph reported on Saturday. 

The 31-year-old has picked up a $1.4 million apartment in the beachside suburb, according to the paper. 

Neighbours reportedly spotted the reality star at the flat around the time it was sold. 

It features two bedrooms, one bathroom and a balcony with sea views, and was recently renovated. 

Jimmy could be sharing the apartment with his new love, with the pilot said to be in love with his Bachelor winner. 

Earlier this month, marketing manager Holly Kingston, 27, emerged as the clear favourite to win Jimmy’s heart, according to multiple Australian betting sites. 

The Sydney-based blonde has odds of $2.00 on Sportsbet, while TAB is offering $1.15.   

Her closet rival is Brooke Cleal, who is at $5, while Ashleigh Freckleton is at $8.   

Jimmy recently told Now To Love that he and his girlfriend aren’t isolating together so they don’t give anything away.

‘She’s probably sick of the phone ringing,’ he laughed. ‘I noticed her the first night I saw her, she is stunning,’ he said of his final pick.

‘But it’s not until you really get to know someone that you can really know- there’s just so much going on those first few days of filming. I definitely noticed her at the start and towards the end it became quite clear [it was her].’
